La Sonata HOA does allow For Sale Signs both at the entrance and the property. Please note that For Rent or Lease signs are not allowed in La Sonata.
Multiple For Rent/Lease signs in the neighborhood lower property values. Many of our Non-resident Owners/Management companies find that posting with websites like Zillow or in the case of a management company, their own website, is far more effective than putting a sign in the yard and protects their investment as well. Signs that are removed are, the first time, placed at the side of the house and the contact number is called to explain and give notice of sign's location. After this, the signs will be stored at the Clubhouse and an appointment will need to be made to retrieve them with a violations letter being mailed to the owner. Repeat instances will result in violations fines being applied to the Owner's account.NOTE: For Sale signs are permitted and will not be removed.
You may also place Open House signs at the entrance a reasonable length of time for it to gain the notice of prospective buyers. Please remove this sign at the conclusion of the Open House.
