La Sonata has a lovely Clubhouse that is included in our amenities. The Clubhouse houses the fitness room and event rental room as well as the pool. Access to these areas requires an active key fob. A picnic table is provided outside the pool for snacks while enjoying the pool. Behind the clubhouse is the walking trail. There is also a large green space area where we often hold neighborhood events.

Pool usage during clubhouse rental is prohibited: Rental of the clubhouse does not grant exclusive use of the pool. You are only allowed UP TO four (4) guests in the Pool area at one time. Guests are only allowed when accompanied by an adult homeowner. If you are found in violation of this rule, you may be asked to leave the pool area immediately and you may compromise the return of your deposit.
