Key fobs should be received by new owners from previous owners. Replacement key fobs are $25.00 each with a limit of 2 per residence.
Key Fobs may be paid by cash, check or money order, or electronic invoice upon request. Processing fee of $1.25 will be applied.
To request replacement Key Fobs:
- Click the Key Fob Request Form link
- Print the form
- Fill out and sign by hand
- Email to secretary@lasonata.org (scanned or a clear, well lit picture) or call 405-757-1886 to arrange to drop off.
Once your form and payment are received, the Secretary will notify the IT Committee to activate and program the fobs. Once they are ready, the Secretary will contact you to arrange for pick up.
This form MUST be hand signed by the property Owner or their Authorized Agent on file with the HOA secretary
