La Sonata is located north of Danforth Road on Pennsylvania Avenue in NW Edmond/NW Oklahoma City. The neighborhood has the benefits of Edmond schools and Oklahoma City utilities and services.


2024 Dues Increase Notice: Since 2016 we have been able to operate our budget without a dues increase. With current inflation on everything, and a vote by the board at the Annual November Meeting, dues will be $200 starting in 2024.

In-person dues collection dates & time: These are the available dates you may meet in person to make your HOA dues, if you would like to pay electronically contact the HOA via email (HOA@lasonata.org) with your invoice number and address for the link to pay online with an electronic fee.

Saturday, March 9: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Sunday, March 17: 2:00 pm- 5:00 pm

Friday, March 22: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Saturday, March 30: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm - Due to unforeseen circumstances, the final in person dues collection on March 30th has been canceled.

Tomorrow, Friday, March 22 from 5-8 PM will be the LAST in person collection date.
As always you may mail your dues (make check/money order payable to La Sonata HOA) and send to 2301 NW 196th St. Edmond, OK 73012.


If you would like to pay with credit card, there is an electronic fee to be included (subject to change with QuickBooks increases), but you will need to request a digital invoice via the HOA email at: HOA@lasonata.org.

2024 Amended Budget


La Sonata is an active, family neighborhood with amenities, activities and events geared to family life. Each year the residents pay $200.00 in dues for the upkeep of the common areas, including front entrance, clubhouse, fishing pond, and playground.


La Sonata offers a clubhouse equipped with a swimming pool and fitness room. The Clubhouse also contains an event room that can be rented for a nominal fee and deposit. There are also walking trails, a playground for the children, and a pond with catch and release fishing, as well as several green space areas.
