Pool 7 AM - 8 PM - CLOSED Mondays for maintenance unless observed holiday:
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, which maintenance will be the Tuesday after observed holiday and pool closed.
The pool season begins the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through the Monday of Labor Day weekend.
Extended pool season may, on a year by year basis, be scheduled depending on rising costs associated with services and bills, at the Board of Directors discretion. Extended pool season will be announced on social media and will be noted on the Home page of this website.
La Sonata has a lovely Clubhouse that is included in our amenities. The Clubhouse houses the fitness room and Event rental room as well as the pool. Access to these areas requires an active key fob.
A picnic table is provided outside the pool for snacks while enjoying the pool but please remember NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed on the pool deck. Coolers may be left in your vehicle to enjoy a snack at the picnic table or left outside the pool gate along the fence. Please do notbring coolers onto the pool deck.
Behind the clubhouse is the walking trail. There is also a large green space area where we often hold neighborhood events.
Photos of the rental room are below. If you would like to schedule additional time to tour the rental room, you may schedule time with an HOA Volunteer Monday-Friday after 5PM at hoa@lasonata.org . Volunteers will not be available for tours on holidays.
Pool usage during Event room rental is prohibited: Rental of the Event room does not grant exclusive use of the pool. You are only allowed UP TO four (4) guests in the Pool area at one time. Guests are only allowed when accompanied by an adult homeowner. If you are found in violation of this rule, you may be asked to leave the pool area immediately and you may compromise the return of your deposit.
