Clubhouse Event Room Reservation
Reservations are for 5 hours, including set up and clean up
$25.00 for 1-25 guests and $50.00 for 25-50 guests. A separate check of $100.00 is required for the deposit.
Please note that renting the Event Room does not grant exclusive use of the Pool. The Pool cannot be reserved. Please see the Clubhouse Rules for more information on guests at the pool.
Please note that alcohol is NOT permitted at the Clubhouse- not in the parking lot, the pool or the event room. Use of alcohol at the Clubhouse can cause the loss of our state and county licenses. The event room is checked, cleared and restocked after each use. If evidence of alcohol use is found the deposit will be forfeited.
Pets, including emotional support animals are NOT allowed inside the Clubhouse, including Event Room, or on the pool deck, except as authorized by the La Sonata HOA Board of Directors. Service and Emotional Support Animals are permitted with HOA Registration (form available upon request).This includes the service and emotional support animals of guests. Homeowners, Guests, or Tenants in violation to meeting this requirement will be subject to $100 fine to cover cleaning costs. Service and emotional support animals deemed too aggressive or those that destroy HOA property even after all measures are taken will be not be permitted. Owners will be held responsible for any harm or damage caused by their animals. Homeowners, Guests, or Tenants are to keep their animals on a leash at all times and clean up after them.
Clubhouse reservations MUST be made and paid for at least 48 hour prior to the date of rental for processing time. .Reservations requested less than 48 hours may not be accepted at the discretion of the Committee members involved in the work of setting up the reservation. If all affected members agree to set it up, a $10.00 convenience fee will be added to the $25.00 rental fee.
Please be sure to add time to your reservation times to cover set up before and clean up after your gathering.
Please remember there is a 5 hour limit on rentals.

Please fill out the digital form below- you may type directly into the fields. Click Submit and both the HOA and you will receive a reservation requested email.
Print a copy of the verification email you will receive after clicking Submit.** NOTE: If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, please. **
Sign printed verification and include with your check for $25.00 ($50.00 for 25+) for the Rental and a separate check for $100.00 for the Refundable Deposit. If you have requested an electronic invoice for the Rental Fee ONLY, you will include this form with your Deposit Check. Please note that reservation requests MUST be paid for 48 hours in advance to allow time for processing.
Deposit verification form and check(s) into the secure lock box in the hallway of the Clubhouse. The lock box is on the wall next to the cork board.
Rental fee ONLY may be paid by electronic invoice upon request. Processing fee of $1.75 will be applied.
Deposit MUST be made by check or money order.
