Key fobs should be received by new owners from previous owners. If previous owners do not return key fobs the existing fobs will be turned off. 
The HOA is a volunteer position and all members of the board have full-time jobs. Key fob requests may take 7-10 working days to complete. 
Key fobs are deactivated for all accounts in arrears (including nonpayment of dues prior to the pool opening date) and may be subject to a 10 day 
waiting reactivation period.  Key fob authorization forms must be filled out by owners or authorized parties on behalf of the owners, not tenants. 
Due to fraudulent forms received from tenants instead of authorized parties, owners or management companies may be subject to proof of 
signature. All owners or management companies are responsible to pickup fobs from the HOA and distribute to their tenants, the HOA is not
responsible to pass out the fobs to your tenants. 
Replacement key fobs are $25.00 each with a limit of 2 per residence. 
Key Fobs may be paid by cash, check or money order, or electronic invoice upon request. Processing fee of $1.25 will be applied.
